Taking a long hot bath at the end of the day is one of my favorite self-care activities. The Sleep Ease Collection by Aromafloria is designed to relax and calm your body and senses to help achieve a good night’s sleep. This collection uses the power of Bergamot, Lavender, Valerian, and Hops to help you relax. Having a chronic pain condition, I also often struggle to get restful sleep so I am excited to check out their Sleep Ease Collection.

Thoughts:
I am already a fan of Aromafloria products so I was excited to try more of their products. My favorite product is their mineral salts but I am excited by their nasal products. I feel like these are unique and I found they work well. I am very happy with these products and they are great for self-care!
