I have been to a lot of Expos and conventions over the years, but there is something to be said for a food expo. I went to the Nourished Atlanta over this past weekend, and I had a blast, as usual.
There were different types of vendors this year which was really cool. I love going to these type of events because I get a chance to learn about new foods and try them before I buy. Everyone has different tastes and I love being able to talk to the owners and talk about the products in person with people who have a passion for food like myself.
Aside from the food, they also had a wide variety of gluten free body care, supplements, and essential oils, as well as some health and wellness booths as well. They even had a booth where you could get a free health screening, as well as other things.
