I’m Falling For You

Date: October 10, 2003

For James

I’m trippin

I’m stumbling

I’m fumblin over words
I know what I want to say

But I’m afraid of the hurt
I’m afraid of the pain

This love might bring
I’m falling for you Baby

Please listen to me
I feel you in my dreams

I can see you in my heart
And I know this feeling

Was not from the start
I know we started out as friends
But I’m falling for ya Baby

And now

In the end
I wish you happiness

And I wish you speed
Even if your happiness

Is not within me
All I want for you to know

Is what I feel for you

But never show
I feel as though a piece of me

Was somewhat missing

Without you talking to me
I think I’m falling for you, Man
When I get around you

I somewhat change the way I behave
Whenever I look into your honey brown eyes
Something dead inside me

Springs to life
I want to tell you

When I dream

Your gorgeous face is all I see
Your light blonde hair

Your silly grin
The way you make me feel

Has got to be a sin

Without making a sound
I wish I could tell you

Show you somehow
I’m falling for you Man

You must wear a crown
You must be some kind of king
Hey

If you ever need someone

Hell

I’ll be your queen

I don’t know what to say

But I’m falling for you more

Each and every day.
Every time I talk to you

Everything I’ve worked towards

Comes unglued
I tell myself

I’m independent

And don’t need a man
But then I see you

And say

‘I need that man’
I’m falling for you

Sweetie try to see
I’m too chicken to tell you where I stand

I’m too chicken to tell

It’s you I love
But I’ll settle with being good friends
And at least

Now you know
I’m falling for you

And you know where I stand
