Flames & Blades

Blood soaked memories
Fall to the floor
The key lies in my hand
But I can’t find the door
The key out of this mess
That silvery blade
The only way out
Is the door to my grave
A fountain of memories
In a world of pain
A can of gasoline
To add to this flame
The flame burns on
As the blade glistens
I’m looking for someone
But there’s no one to listen
I feel the blade
Gliding across my wrist
With one burn of a flame
I can end all of this
With a simple colliding
Of this steel
And my flesh
