I’m floating away

Like a lead balloon

Questions lingering

On my mind

Quick

Pull me out of this monsoon

There may not be much time

Quicker and quicker

My feet are sinking

Drowning in his eyes

I can feel my heart beat quiver

As we stand still in time

My head is spinning

My heart is turning

I thought I was beyond this
