I’m quick to jump the gun here. It’s still summer, but I am craving some fall and winter foods! One of my most famous crock pot dinners is my slow cooker roast.
Since, I am a dance mom, this recipe works out perfect for the timing. This would be perfect for all those moms who have to deal with sports this fall and winter 😀

2 tblsp Brown Sugar
1 tblsp minced garlic
2 packets of powdered onion soup

Salt and pepper both sides on the beef roast. Heat skillet with coconut oil, lower heat to medium. Sear both sides of the beef for 10 mins each side (cover so you don’t get hit with oil).
While beef is searing, add Worcestershire Sauce, brown sugar, garlic, beef stock, butter and onion soup to crock pot. Stir, then add the 2 cups of water, stir again. After the second side of the beef is seared add it to the crock pot mixture. Cover and cook on high for 6 hours.
This recipe will have your beef roast falling apart and full of flavor! No cutting needed!
Melts like butter in your mouth.
I recommend letting the beef “rest” on a plate before eating. Cover with the liquid from the crock pot for more flavor!
I did not show, potatoes or green beans. Be creative with your sides!
