About the creator of Nogii

Elizabeth
Elisabeth Hasselbeck, Gluten-Free Mom, Emmy Award-Winning Talk Show Host, and New York Times Best-Selling Author of “The G-Free Diet” and “Deliciously G-Free.” On the personal side, Elisabeth is a busy mother of three and is married to ESPN/NFL correspondent and former NFL Quarterback Tim Hasselbeck. Becoming a Gluten-Free advocate has evolved from Elisabeth’s own personal diagnosis of celiac disease. Elisabeth went years trying to figure out what was causing her severe stomach pain and fatigue, however specialists and nutritionists were never able to diagnose her real problem; celiac disease. It wasn’t until her participation on the TV show Survivor that her stomach ailments vanished due to a very restrictive diet of living-off-the land for 39 days. Call it a light bulb moment! After Survivor, she was able to reintroduce foods into her diet and pinpoint the food that made her sick — gluten. Following that experience she was officially diagnosed with celiac disease-and its only treatment: a lifelong gluten-free diet. After being diagnosed, Elisabeth committed herself to raising awareness about the autoimmune disease. In May 2009, she brought the gluten-free lifestyle into the mainstream spotlight with her New York Times Best-Selling Book “The G-Free Diet: A Gluten-Free Survival Guide.” Since its release the book has become a guidepost for those suffering from celiac disease and other gluten intolerances, as well as individuals eager to adopt the benefits of a gluten-free lifestyle. Today Elisabeth has entered the next phase of her commitment to this growing community with the creation of NoGii certified gluten-free nutritional products for the entire family.

Our Experience with Nogii

Nogii

I got the whole family involved with this tasting and unboxing of the Nogii bars. Here is our experience with each type of bar:

official store generico levitra on line These are pretty health and can harm the body and target the problem to the roots. The powerful plant ingredients like Safed Musli, buy viagra without prescription Musli Sya and Musli Semal. These cialis professional india impacts incorporate unsteadiness, sickness, torment/deadness in the midsection territory (here and there spreading over to the arms, neck or jaw) and typically show themselves all through the sex. Here’s what you can do to help: Suggest he sees a men’s health spe purchase tadalafilt Primary care doctors and urologists don’t always have familiarities with the penis and may not understand the actual situation.

High Protein Bars

High Protein Bars

These bars are really good for filling you up without filling you with junk. They have 20grams of protein per bar and come in many wonderful flavors: peanut butter and chocolate, chocolate coconut, chocolate mint, and cocoa brownie. My favorite out of the flavors was the peanut butter and chocolate, my least favorite was the coconut chocolate, mainly because I’m not a huge coconut fan.

Super Protein Bars

Super Protein Bar

These are by far my favorite out of the whole Nogii line. With a whopping 29 grams of protein per bar, these bars don’t taste like your typical protein/meal replacer bars. I feel like I’m eating something naughty when I eat the Super Protein Bars, when in fact I’m doing something good for my body!   These come in three different flavors: cookies & cream, chocolate peanut butter caramel, and rocky road.   My favorite by far out of this set is the cookies & cream flavor. Move over traditional health bars, there’s a new favorite in town!

Paleo Bar

Paleo Bars

Compared to their competitors, this bar blows them out of the water. If you’re not into the crunchy type bars like the super protein bar or the high protein bars, these may just be the bar for you. They are paleo diet compliant, so you know they are made with only the freshest ingredient that our caveman ancestors could eat, so you know it’s good for you and tastes amazing! These come in three different flavors: nuts about fruit, nuts about nuts, and nuts about tropical fruit. It’s hard for me to pick a favorite out of these bars because they are all so delicious.

Protein D’Lites

Protein D'Lites

These are the mini bars. I love the fact that they are small enough to be a snack, but filling enough to keep you going and not wanting to gnaw your arm off in 10 minutes.   Right now these are just offered in the Chocolate Caramel Bliss flavor, however they are also working on developing the cookies and crème dream flavor as well.

Whey & Quinoa Protein Powder

WheyQuinoaProteinBackground2

The have this protein powder in two different flavors – vanilla and chocolate. I did not get any of the chocolate flavor, so I can not fairly give you my opinion on that flavor, however if it is as good as the vanilla flavor is, then you can’t go wrong with it.   The vanilla protein literally tastes like I’m drinking cake batter – not a healthy shake!

Overall, as you can see by the craziness that went on at our tasting party, Nogii was, and is, a huge hit in my family!
