Let’s be real for a second.  The type of expos and conventions I have been to have been pretty interesting.  I have covered everything from Sci-Fi conventions to gluten free Expos and I have loved every minute of everything.

I love trying all sorts of new products and experiencing new expos and have been trying to expand my roster of events to attend each year and check out.  So when I was offered the chance to attend the Pinners Conference here in Atlanta this past weekend, I was excited to give it a shot.

When you walk into the expo hall, it’s like the pages of Pinterest coming to life before your very eyes.  Crafts, clothing, independent sellers from various companies and homemade goodies as far as the eye could see.  I loved walking around to the different vendors and seeing the different types of products and getting to know a few of the different vendors on a personal level.

However on the other hand, if you are they type of person who is just going to an Expo for free stuff, this is not the Expo for you.  There were very few, booths handing out free swag, if any at all.  This expo was all about getting to know your fellow pinners and learning about the trade and learning about the tricks and trades of in Pinterest world with the many classes they also offered.

Just wanted to say thank you once again to the Pinners Conference for allowing me to be part of the press.  Hope to do it again next year!
