Here is a wonderful smoothie recipe that is sure to keep you healthy, and fight those nasty sugar cravings from my kitchen to yours!
Pineapple Banana Smoothie
1 medium banana (I used an overripe one)
1/2 c pineapple
1/2c fat free plain Greek yogurt
1/2 Fat Free milk
Blend all ingredients till smooth. Add ice if desired.

Yogurt and milk can be swapped for non dairy options as well 🙂
