Peanut Butter Banana Protein Blast Smoothie

Peanut Butter Banana Protein Blast Smoothie

1 medium banana (I used an overripe one)

1 scoop chocolate protein powder

1 Ā½ cups skim milk

2 tbsp peanut butter powder

Pour all ingredients into a blender or Magic Bullet and blend till smooth. If desired, you can add ice. Milk can be swapped for a non dairy/animal milk as well šŸ™‚

With a whopping 38 grams of protein per serving, this shake is a great way to get your kids to eat healthy and get them involved in the kitchen.
