Peanut Butter Banana Protein Blast Smoothie
1 medium banana (I used an overripe one)
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 ½ cups skim milk
2 tbsp peanut butter powder
Pour all ingredients into a blender or Magic Bullet and blend till smooth. If desired, you can add ice. Milk can be swapped for a non dairy/animal milk as well 🙂
With a whopping 38 grams of protein per serving, this shake is a great way to get your kids to eat healthy and get them involved in the kitchen.
Note: the smoothie pictured is not the smoothie described, it is my strawberry banana one – I forgot to take a picture of the Peanut Butter Banana Blast before I consumed it 🙁
