I am so excited to announce I will be joining the #NSNation and be an official Nutrisystem blogger. This week, I am posting an introductory post on Monday, as I start the system today, however my weekly videos and updates will be posted on Wednesdays for the duration of the program.
Starting today, April 4th, I will be doing the first week of Nutrisystem, which is called Turbo 10, specially designed to help you lose the water weight, bust belly bloat, and all over jumpstart your weight loss. I will be dining on a pre made menu full of pre prepped meals that are designed to jump start weight loss, and adding non starchy vegetables to my meals.
In addition to the breakfast, lunch, dinner, and two shakes provided in my Turbo 10 starter pack, I also have to include at least 4 servings of non starchy vegetables, which are unlimited over the duration of the program, to each meal, as well as all of the unlimited extras (salt, pepper, seasonings, etc) that I please during the program, and water.
