po. Maybe it’s my love of food, maybe it’s just that everyone is there to have a good time and you can actually tell it. At any rate, I love going to them and trying all the different foods and meeting new people.
I went to the Gluten Free Allergy Friendly Expo over the weekend, and I had a blast, as usual.
To me, it seems like there were more vendors last year, however, they were just as eager to tell you about their wonderful gluten free products, as well as what sets them apart from the other companies in the room. Many of them had live samplings of their hot dishes including everything from pizzas to grilled cheeses.
Those who did not have live samples had plenty of samples for you to take home with you and try later, and they were not shy about getting their products into your hands! If there was a product you sampled you liked enough to want to purchase, they all had their products available for purchase at the show, and most of them were at a discounted price since they don’t have the overhead of sending to stores or shipping to your house!

buy. Everyone has different tastes and I love being able to talk to the inventors and talk about the products in person with people who have a passion for food like myself.
