I picked the Cajun fried turkey for ours, and boy did I love our choice!  I have never had deep fried turkey before.  The frying makes the turkey super moist and have a flavor unlike any other turkey I have ever eaten before.  Not only was everything else amazing as well, my favorite being the cornbread stuffing, the turkey made amazing turkey salad as well.
